Prohibited Behavior
To protect our community, the following behaviors are not allowed on NightTalk:
Harassment & Abuse
- Bullying, threatening, or intimidating other members
- Stalking or repeatedly contacting someone who has asked you to stop
- Using hate speech related to race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality
- Discriminatory language or slurs
Impersonation & Deception
- Pretending to be someone else (including other members, celebrities, or organizations)
- Using heavily filtered or misleading photos that significantly alter appearance
- Creating multiple accounts without permission
- Providing false information in your profile
Inappropriate Content
- Sharing sexually explicit material
- Posting violent or graphic content
- Spamming or excessive self-promotion
- Sharing illegal content
- Posting advertisements or commercial messages without authorization
Exploitation & Scams
- Asking for money, gifts, or financial favors
- Promoting pyramid schemes or multi-level marketing
- Attempting to harvest personal information for commercial purposes
- Phishing or attempting to obtain account information
Privacy Violations
- Sharing someone else's private information (doxxing)
- Recording or screenshotting private conversations without consent
- Using information from NightTalk for purposes outside the platform without permission
Enforcement & Consequences
Violations of community guidelines may result in:
- Warning: Minor or first-time offenses receive a warning and explanation.
- Temporary suspension: More serious or repeated violations result in temporary account restriction.
- Permanent ban: Severe violations or persistent misconduct lead to permanent removal from the platform.
- Legal reporting: Illegal activities will be reported to appropriate authorities.
All enforcement decisions are made at our discretion based on the specific circumstances. We consider patterns of behavior, severity of violation, and impact on other members.
Reporting Process
If you encounter behavior that violates these guidelines:
- Use the report function on the member's profile or specific message
- Provide as much detail as possible about the incident
- Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours
- We'll notify you of the outcome if you provide contact information
- Confidentiality is maintained throughout the process

Appeals Process
If your account is restricted and you believe it was in error:
- You may submit an appeal through our contact form
- Include your username, the decision you're appealing, and why you believe it should be reconsidered
- Appeals are reviewed within 3-5 business days
- Final decisions are at our discretion
